Elite Motors KW does not own, inspect, or guarantee any vehicle listed on the platform. We act solely as an intermediary between vehicle owners and potential buyers.
2. Listing Terms
Vehicle owners are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and honesty of all information provided for their listing, including vehicle condition, mileage, specifications, photographs, and documentation. Elite Motors KW publishes listings based on the details provided by the owner and is not liable for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations.
3. Commission Terms
Listing a vehicle on Elite Motors KW is free. A commission applies only upon successful sale of the vehicle through our platform. The exact commission rate and terms are discussed and agreed upon between Elite Motors KW and the vehicle owner before the listing goes live. There are no hidden fees. All financial terms are transparent and confirmed in advance.
4. No Guarantee of Sale
Elite Motors KW does not guarantee that any listed vehicle will be sold. The listing of a vehicle on our platform does not constitute a promise or commitment of sale. Market conditions, pricing, vehicle condition, and buyer interest are factors beyond our control.
5. User Responsibilities
Users of this website agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only. Vehicle owners must ensure they have legal ownership and the right to sell any vehicle they list. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including inspecting the vehicle, verifying documentation, and ensuring the vehicle meets their requirements before completing any transaction.
6. Limitation of Liability
Elite Motors KW shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services. We are not responsible for the condition, legality, or safety of any vehicle listed. All transactions are conducted between the vehicle owner and the buyer. Elite Motors KW is not a party to the sale agreement.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
